MUSSELS AU GRATIN, PARSLEY
Ingredients for 4 people
12 to 16 mussels per person 1 sprig of fresh thyme 1 glass of white wine ½ peeled and chopped onion ¼ bunch of parsley washed and chopped 300g soft butter in ointment 75g peeled, degermed and chopped garlic 5g fine salt 100g olive oil breadcrumbs
1 saucepan + 1 lid + 1 spatula + 1 colander 1 salad bowl + 1 clean cloth (to strain the mussel juice) 1 grillable dish + 1 spoon + 1 roll of film
CANTONESE HAM RICE
Ingredients for 4 people: 300g cooked and well grained flavoured Thai rice 4 slices of white ham 0.5cm thick cut into cubes 100g peas cooked in water 1 small onion peeled and chopped 1 clove of garlic peeled and chopped 3 eggs 3 tbsp. soy sauce oil and pepper
